How to register an order for packaging material and blank labels 
Our recommendation is that you order one month’s consumption at a time. You will always get an order confirmation when the order has been registered and you can see the order number on your screen. The confirmation will be sent to the email address you have given when registering your account. 

Price and stock information 
You must login to see current price and stock information. 

• Enter the article number in the “Search" and the article information will be presented below.
• Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is always shown as “Quantity“. Change to the quantity you want to order. The article must be ordered in multiplies of MOQ.
• If you click on the “Stock and article details” link you will see further information like units, weight and stock information.
• The prices will always be displayed when you create the order on the web and on every order acknowledgement. On the invoice, the current price of the shipping day will be shown.

Article not shown on the PacsOn International website
Please contact customersupport.int@pacson.se to find out if this item has been changed into another part number, or if the item is scheduled to be shown on the website in the near future. 

Order regarding wooden parts 
Please note that all wooden products are delivered separately. This means that you get the material in split deliveries for units that include wooden pallets, lids and collars. We suggest that you always place the wooden material in a separate order. These parts are then sent directly from our producer. All weights for wooden pallets are subject to a possible weight difference of +/- 10% to the given product weight.

Prices for several items
If you want price information for several items please put them all in the shopping cart. 

How to accumulate orders 
If you leave the website before clicking on “Buy now”, your shopping cart will be saved for your next login. This way you can accumulate your orders and send them when you have a reasonable shipment to dispatch. 

How you change an order 
Please send an email to customersupport.int@pacson.se with information on what you want to change such as delivery time, article numbers or if you wish to cancel the order. We need the email two weeks in advance of estimated delivery. 

Which packaging material to use?
Please get in touch with your contact person at Volvo Cars. They will help you to order the right packaging material for your products. Packaging instructions are provided by Volvo Cars.
